What BeSeenCare is

BeSeenCare is a coordination tool that helps families and caregivers organize non-medical daily care around one care recipient. It is not a medical service, does not provide medical advice, and is not a substitute for professional medical care or emergency services. If someone is in danger, call your local emergency number.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password private. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You may delete your account at any time. Deletion is scheduled with a 30-day waiting period; sign in again with your email code before that period ends to cancel. After the waiting period, your personal information is permanently removed. Entries you made on shared care teams may remain and will show as attributed to "Former caregiver."

Care teams and shared content

Content you post to a care team — notes, photos, tasks, history — is visible to that team's members. Post only what the care recipient and your team are comfortable sharing, and only content you have the right to share. Team admins can manage membership and remove content as described in the product.

Acceptable use

Don't use BeSeenCare to break the law, harm others, or attempt to access teams or accounts that aren't yours. We may suspend accounts that put other users or care recipients at risk.

Service and liability

BeSeenCare is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
